Overview
Designing customer-facing experiences across web, email, social and motion for Spotlight and KOO, supporting high-volume retail campaigns. Fast-paced, multi-platform, and never the same day twice. In a nutshell, I... ✔ Design approximately five eDMs and web assets each week ✔ Deliver high-volume campaign assets across AU, NZ and SG ✔ Build and maintain design systems ✔ Create motion graphics and animated assets ✔ Collaborate across multiple teams
One Idea. Many Experiences
Let's begin with the part that I love most. Taking a single campaign concept and reshaping it for different platforms is like solving a new creative puzzle every time. An email shouldn't feel like a web banner. A social post shouldn't behave like a landing page. But together, they should feel unmistakably connected, and that's the challenge I live for.
From the Inbox and Beyond
An email sets the tone, it's an invitation, not just a list of offers! Everything that follows; landing pages, hero banners, PLPs, picks up that thread and carries the story forward.

Designing for Scroll
Sometimes a split second, sometimes a full story. Either way, I adapt each campaign to how people naturally interact, without losing the original idea in translation.
Designing for KOO
Alongside Spotlight, I also design for KOO — and the shift in tone is something I genuinely enjoy. Where Spotlight is bold and energetic, KOO is softer, more refined. It calls for a quieter kind of confidence: considered typography, gentle palettes, and assets that feel curated rather than loud.

The Work Behind The Work
This is probably the least visible part of my work, and the one I'm most proud of! When I joined Spotlight, I noticed an opportunity to make the design process itself feel better. I took the initiative to build a scalable design system: reusable templates, Auto Layout components, variables, and shared libraries that now serve the entire digital team. The result wasn't just faster and smoother production. It gave us back time to focus on what we actually love — designing.
What I'm Taking Away
Working at Spotlight taught me how to design at the pace of retail, where ideas evolve fast and every asset carries weight. More than anything, it shifted how I see my work: not as individual files, but as interconnected experiences that live and breathe together. But my greatest takeaway wasn't a skill or a tool. It was the people, the teammates who challenged me, trusted me, and made daily collaboration feel genuinely joyful. That's what made this chapter special.
