🎯 Overview
In a vibrant corner of the city, Narvan Art Academy set out to connect with the local community, not just through advertising, but through creativity! That’s how the “Chakad” campaign was born: a month-long poetry and photography competition designed to spark artistic dialogue, elevate public taste, and introduce Narvan’s cultural services to a wider audience.
🧠 Concept Development & Team Collaboration
As part of a multidisciplinary think tank, I collaborated closely with:

Together, we shaped the concept
Participants would submit an original photograph paired with a self-written poem, reflecting their personal artistic voice. The best entries would be celebrated in a public gallery and honored at a closing ceremony featuring artists, educators, and cultural leaders.
🎨 My Responsibilities
• 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Developed a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints, balancing aesthetic appeal with strategic messaging • 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻:Created engaging posts, stories, and motion graphics to narrate the campaign journey and drive interaction • 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 & 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹:Designed posters, billboards, certificates, and branded awards for both public outreach and professional presentation • 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀: Produced web banners, invitation cards, and promotional visuals aligned with SEO and content strategy • 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Led the visual design for the final exhibition and awards ceremony, ensuring a seamless brand experience
📊 Impact & Outcomes
• 𝟭,𝟰𝟬𝟲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 submitted entries, with 20 finalists and 10 honorees • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟯 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 received cash prizes and one-year access to Narvan’s services • Achieved a 𝟰𝟬% 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 during the campaign period • Strengthened Narvan’s reputation as a leading cultural institution in the city • Paved the way for future workshops, exhibitions, and community-driven events
✨ What I earned
Chekad gave me the chance to merge design with purpose, collaborate across disciplines, and create visuals that resonated with real people. I walked away with hands-on experience in multi-platform storytelling, strategic design thinking, and the joy of seeing art bring a community together.
